Liminal by WMC has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding with Regeneration Enterprises, Inc. to evaluate opportunities for critical minerals projects across Canada, including in New Brunswick, British Columbia, and the Yukon.
The collaboration was highlighted in a Government of Canada news release issued at the 2026 G7 Leaders’ Summit in Évian, France, where Prime Minister Mark Carney announced new partnerships to strengthen critical minerals supply chains.
The MoU includes potential opportunities related to financing, technical, flowsheet development, engineering, and offtake for projects involving critical minerals such as copper, zinc, and lead.
The announcement aligns with Liminal’s focus on building and recommissioning production assets that refine and add value to the critical materials powering the global energy transition. Its work spans asset development, investment, technical advisory, and financial advisory.
By combining technical expertise, strategic investment, and a pragmatic development approach, Liminal by WMC continues to support the development of secure, responsible, and commercially robust critical minerals infrastructure across North America and beyond. The Regeneration team states:
"Thank you to Fedor van der Post and the Liminal team for aligning our efforts to develop sustainable critical mineral supply chains in Canada and around the world."
