Fedor joined WMC Group early 2021, bringing extensive experience in finance, risk management and project management across industries. Prior to this, Fedor spent 11 years in investment banking, most recently as an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs, where he was responsible for financing and risk management across infrastructure, mining, cleantech and renewables sectors for corporate, commodity driven and project financing situations with projects and acquisitions globally. During his time at Goldman Sachs, Fedor successfully co-developed novel financial instruments green-field project contingent risk management products, commodity-linked financing structures, ECA-guaranteed project bonds, among others.
As the CEO of Liminal by WMC, Fedor is responsible for strategic direction, senior private and public-sector stakeholder engagement, origination, full integration across engineering and finance and excellence in execution of Liminal’s projects portfolio.
Fedor holds a MSc degree in Systems Engineering Policy Analysis & Management from the Technical University of Delft as well as a MSc degree in Finance & Investments from the Rotterdam School of Management (Erasmus University).
