As the Modern Workplace Administrator at WMC, you will play a key role in ensuring an efficient, secure, and scalable IT environment that supports our fast-growing global company. As part of the Data & IT team, you act as the first point of contact for employees, to help solve their IT challenges while continuously improving the digital workplace.
From optimizing Microsoft 365 and strengthening cybersecurity to driving new IT projects and enabling AI adoption, you play a hands-on role in shaping how technology supports the business and enables teams to make smarter, data-driven decisions. In this role, you report directly to the Head of Data & IT.
• You are the main point of contact for all IT matters, including hardware and software across all devices
• Implement and maintain security best practices together with our security partner
• Manage and implement IT hardware and software projects
• Configure and Support AI Solutions
• Support the business in IT issues Provide technical support to end-users
• Maintain and improve Microsoft 365 environment
• At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Modern Workplace administrator or similar role
• A completed applied science degree in IT or a related field
• Experience with device management and policy configuration using Microsoft Intune
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills, structured, with the ability to manage tasks, prioritize effectively, and drive initiatives to completion
• A people-oriented mindset with a strong focus on supporting and enabling colleagues
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration (e.g., Teams, SharePoint, Entra ID, Exchange)
• Fluent in English and Dutch

Through IT, we support the entire organization by enabling collaboration and efficient ways of working. Today, the Data & IT team consists of four employees, and we are now looking to hire several new team members to support the company’s growth and ambitions.
