Feline joined WMC in January 2023 and brings a decade of experience managing high-stakes legal projects in the energy industry. As General Counsel, she oversees all legal, regulatory and compliance matters across the WMC group, including corporate governance, contractual structuring and risk management.
Before joining WMC, Feline spent over seven years as an Energy and M&A lawyer at Stibbe and Houthoff, two top-tier Dutch law firms, and more than three years as senior legal counsel and interim general counsel at energy corporates and start-ups, including Petrogas E&P. In these roles, she advised on complex cross-border transactions, large-scale projects and joint ventures, and served as a trusted advisor to management teams.
She holds an LL.M. in International Business Law (cum laude) and completed training at the Law Firm School and Dutch Bar Association.
