Wouter co-founded WMC in 2016 and brings extensive experience in mining and commodity trading. As Chief Operating Officer, he is responsible for overseeing all corporate functions, including finance & risk, operations, data & IT, people and corporate affairs, as well as WMC’s asset development activities.
Before founding WMC, Wouter spent seven years at BHP, holding marketing and trading roles in Energy and Carbon Steel Materials across The Hague and London.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.
