Last week, our entire global team came together for a few impactful days of strategy, collaboration, and connection. A highlight was the inspiring keynote by professional athletes Kirsten Wielaard and Dirk Uittenbogaard. Both former members of the Dutch rowing team, Kirsten is a silver medalist from the European Championship, and Dirk is a gold medalist from the Tokyo Olympics 2021. Together, they shared invaluable lessons on managing teamwork, leadership, and culture to fuel success and motivation—not just in sports, but in everything we do. Their insightful story was the perfect way to kick off our team days at WMC.
